Stress Reduction 100 x Faster than Traditional Approaches

How can I claim 100x progress on traditional methods? Is that even possible? These are fair questions, all I can say in reply is that I’ve used these techniques for about a decade and while I have guaranteed 100x, my experience was more like 1,000x progress.

See I made it worse … 1000x … That’s 10x (100x).

Here is why I am prepared to guarantee you 100x ... it comes down to two things: habit and subconscious.

What’s the Difference You Get From Making Stress Defence Make a Habit?

A difference between what you learn here and more traditional methods like meditation, mindfulness, yoga, sport, talking therapies and even deep work therapies like hypnosis or EMDR is how often you can do the practice. At best you could do some of these practices once may be twice a day. In my experience, deep work therapies are more likely to be once a week or once a fortnight.

Once you have turned stress defence techniques into habits, you will manage your stress on demand. Imagine it, your stress released as it comes up. At anytime, and anywhere. Commuting, no problem; at work in meetings, no problem (nobody will even know you are doing it). I have even done it in my sleep! Ok that’s a bit extreme. Having this ability is like a superpower. What other approach gets you more than 1 or 2 reps a day? With stress defense techniques you will get in more than 10 reps a day. I do it on average between 10 and 100 times a day. So that’s 10x from frequency of application.

What Difference Does Your Subconscious Make?

Deep work therapies like hypnosis and EDMR and to some extent yoga bypass your conscious thought and work directly with your sub conscious. This is different from affirmations, CBT or rational reframing which occur in your conscious thoughts. So what is the difference? Most of who we are is sub conscious because it controls most of the behaviours we do everyday. It is the place where our habits, our suppressed emotions and more importantly where our core beliefs live. This is significant because your subconscious’ primary focus is keeping you alive. Our beliefs, our habits, our fears are all about what our subconscious believes we need to do to stay alive in that moment. It is much stronger (10x) than your rational thought and never sleeps and never stops.

In my experience, doing these deep therapies require great care and time because making changes at this level is profound; it often physically hurts and is exhausting from the release of the feelings. Stress defence also works on the subconscious level with similar sensations, the difference with Stress Defence is that with practice I can do it as often as I need to.

What is the Method in the Madness?

Earlier I guaranteed 100x progress, so let’s have a review of that claim. You get 10x because you can do it 10x more frequently and 10x because it is a practice that works on the subconscious. I think that make 10x(10x) which is 100x.
